How we handle the personal data collected through this website.

When you fill in the quote request form we collect the data you enter: full name, phone number, email (optional), city or town and a description of the job requested.
We use the data only to reply to your request, prepare a quote and contact you. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures requested by you and your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).
We keep the data for as long as needed to handle the request and, if a working relationship begins, for the obligations required by law. If no job results, the data is deleted within 12 months.
The data is not sold or passed on to third parties for commercial purposes. To run the website we use Netlify, which hosts the site and receives the form messages, and our email inbox. These providers process the data only on our behalf.
This website does not use profiling cookies or tracking tools. To display the text fonts, Google Fonts is loaded and may receive your IP address. Links to Instagram, Facebook, Google Maps and WhatsApp lead to external sites, with their own privacy notices.
You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict its processing, to object, or to withdraw your consent, by writing to cgmanutenzione.mi@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
